AbstractAktivitas cheerleading menuntut sinergi antara kemampuan fisik, kerja sama tim, dan kestabilan emosional. Remaja yang mengikuti cheerleading menghadapi tekanan performa, tuntutan koordinasi kelompok, serta dinamika sosial yang intens, sehingga regulasi emosi dan kualitas hubungan dengan teman sebaya menjadi aspek utama yang mempengaruhi pengalaman mereka. Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara regulasi emosi dan peer attachment pada anggota tim cheerleader remaja di Indonesia. Desain peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan 378 partisipan yang berusia 15-25 tahun. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) dan Inventory of Parent and Peer attachment - Revised (IPPA-R). Analisis dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, reliabilitas, dan korelasi Spearman. Hasil menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif signifikan antara regulasi emosi dan peer attachment (r = .200, p < .001). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kemampuan mengelola emosi secara adaptif memperkuat kedekatan antar anggota tim cheerleading. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan sosial emosional dalam pembinaan cheerleading remaja. KeywordsRegulasi Emosi , Peer Attachment, Remaja, Cheerleading
