Jurnal ini membahas tantangan dan strategi manajemen kesehatan di era digital yang terus berkembang seiring kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Transformasi digital membawa dampak besar terhadap sistem pelayanan kesehatan, terutama dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, aksesibilitas, dan kualitas layanan. Namun, kemajuan ini juga menghadirkan berbagai tantangan, seperti isu privasi data, kesenjangan digital, dan keterbatasan kemampuan tenaga kesehatan dalam mengoperasikan teknologi baru. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa banyak organisasi kesehatan masih menghadapi hambatan berupa infrastruktur yang belum memadai serta kekhawatiran terhadap keamanan informasi pasien. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan kebijakan keamanan data yang kuat, peningkatan fasilitas teknologi, serta pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi tenaga kesehatan. Upaya tersebut diharapkan dapat mendorong terciptanya sistem manajemen kesehatan yang lebih efektif, aman, dan inklusif di era digital.
