Analisis Budaya dan Lingkungan Organisasi Terhadap Motivasi Kerja (Studi Kasus di PT. Pertamina)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis suatu budaya dan lingkungan organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan dengan studi kasus pada PT Pertamina (Persero). Permasalahan yang ditemukan adalah adanya budaya organisasi yang permisif terhadap penyimpangan, tekanan kinerja yang intensif, lemahnya sistem pengawasan internal, serta pelanggaran kode etik profesi yang berakibat pada turunnya motivasi kerja etis karyawan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan teori perilaku organisasi, khususnya teori budaya organisasi dan teori motivasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi yang tidak sehat dan lingkungan kerja yang penuh tekanan mendorong munculnya perilaku penyimpangan pada organisasi, termasuk perilaku koruptif. Lingkungan organisasi yang tidak kondusif menurunkan motivasi intrinsik karyawan sehingga mereka lebih berpusat pada kepentingan pribadi atau perintah atasan daripada pada nilai etika dan integritas. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya perbaikan budaya organisasi, penguatan sistem pengawasan, serta pendidikan etika yang mendalam untuk membangun motivasi kerja yang sehat dan berintegritas di Pertamina.
