Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah efektivitas Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) Kota Mataram dalam menyusun Rencana Kerja Anggaran (RKA) dipengaruhi oleh pemahaman dalam penggunaan Teknologi Informasi (TI) dan Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Daerah (SIPD) oleh penggunanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian, dan sampel dipilih dengan strategi purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square) yang merupakan metode analitik kuantitatif. Untuk menganalisis data, peneliti menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4.92 untuk menguji dan mengolah data. Berdasarkan hasil uji menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif antara penguasaan teknologi informasi dan penerapan sistem informasi pemerintah daerah terhadap efektivitas penyusunan rencana kerja anggaran.
