Proses penyusunan Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Barang dan Jasa (RKABJ) merupakan aspek penting dalam mendukung proyek infrastruktur listrik yang strategis di PT PLN. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi selama magang di Divisi Perencanaan PT PLN UP3 Gresik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyusunan RKABJ yang terstruktur mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan mendukung target elektrifikasi nasional. Namun, terdapat tantangan dalam pengelolaan lintas divisi dan optimalisasi teknologi digital. Artikel ini merekomendasikan pengembangan teknologi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses RKABJ.
