Abstract

Regenerasi petani di Desa Krasak Kecamatan Brebes saat ini dapat dikatakan rendah. Generasi Muda Pertanian sebagai aset penting yang perlu mendapat prioritas dalam upaya penyusunan program pembangunan sektor pertanian. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa proses penerapan motivasi dan manajemen lingkungan terhadap minat bertani generasi muda di Desa Krasak Kecamatan Brebes. Penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan margin error sebesar 10% maka diperoleh sampel sebesar 95 responden. Dengan analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, SPSS versi 25. Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap minat bertani generasi muda di Desa Krasak Kecamatan Brebes. Manajemen lingkungan yang baik secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap minat bertani generasi muda di Desa Krasak Kecamatan Brebes. Secara simultan, motivasi dan manajemen lingkungan berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap minat bertani.
