Dampak Pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence Terhadap Perilaku Sosial Generasi Z di Era Digitalisasi: Sebuah Tinjauan Literatur

Pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) semakin meluas dalam kehidupan digital Generasi Z dan memengaruhi pola interaksi sosial mereka. Berdasarkan kajian dari 17 jurnal ilmiah, AI terbukti berperan dalam meningkatkan kreativitas, memperluas jejaring sosial, mempermudah interaksi, dan menyediakan dukungan emosional melalui AI companion (Mutiarrama et al., 2023; Fitriani, 2023). Namun, penelitian juga mengungkap risiko seperti ketergantungan digital, menurunnya interaksi tatap muka, penyempitan wawasan akibat filter bubble, serta meningkatnya ancaman keamanan digital (Hidayah & Fadli, 2022; Wulandari & Prakoso, 2024; Yahya, 2023). Artikel ini menggunakan metode literature review untuk menganalisis dampak positif dan negatif pemanfaatan AI terhadap perilaku sosial Generasi Z. Hasil kajian menegaskan bahwa penggunaan AI harus diimbangi literasi digital dan kesadaran etika agar memberikan dampak yang optimal bagi perkembangan sosial mereka.
