Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai total ekspor dan nilai total impor terhadap neraca perdagangan di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur selama periode tahun 2020 hingga 2024. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda melalui bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari lembaga resmi seperti Badan Pusat Statistik dan instansi terkait lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel ekspor dan impor berpengaruh signifikan terhadap neraca perdagangan di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Secara parsial, variabel ekspor memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap neraca perdagangan, yang berarti peningkatan ekspor akan memperkuat posisi surplus perdagangan. Sebaliknya, variabel impor memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap neraca perdagangan, yang menandakan bahwa peningkatan impor dapat menurunkan nilai neraca perdagangan atau menimbulkan defisit. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas ekspor dan impor memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan kondisi neraca perdagangan di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur.
