Dampak Meditasi Terhadap Konsentrasi Siswa Kelas X SMA Bodhidharma

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak meditasi terhadap konsentrasi siswa kelas X di SMA Bodhidharma. Konsentrasi merupakan keterampilan kognitif penting yang memungkinkan siswa fokus pada tugas dan mengabaikan gangguan, yang menjadi tantangan besar di tengah tekanan akademik dan sosial. Meditasi, khususnya dalam tradisi Buddhis, dikenal memiliki manfaat psikologis dan kognitif yang signifikan, termasuk peningkatan perhatian, pengurangan kecemasan, dan peningkatan kesejahteraan emosional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara mendalam untuk mendapatkan pemahaman komprehensif tentang pengalaman dan persepsi siswa, guru, dan orang tua mengenai program meditasi.
