Perlindungan Hukum bagi Pasien Dalam Konsultasi Dengan Dokter Melalui Media Sosial

Dalam era digital ini, interaksi antara pasien dan dokter semakin meluas ke platform media sosial, yang dapat memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam aksesibilitas dan keterjangkauan layanan kesehatan. Namun, perlu diperhatikan bahwa ketika konsultasi medis dilakukan secara daring, tantangan hukum baru muncul terkait kerahasiaan informasi, tanggung jawab profesional, dan perlindungan pasien. Jurnal ini membahas isu perlindungan hukum bagi pasien yang melakukan konsultasi dengan dokter melalui media sosial. Penelitian ini menganalisis kerangka hukum yang mengatur konsultasi medis online dan melibatkan aspek-aspek seperti hak privasi pasien, etika profesional dokter, dan pertanggungjawaban hukum. Penekanan diberikan pada identifikasi celah hukum yang mungkin timbul dan penyusunan solusi untuk memperkuat perlindungan hukum pasien dalam konteks ini. Melalui pendekatan ini, jurnal ini berusaha memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan regulasi yang sesuai dan meyakinkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan hukum yang muncul seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi komunikasi.
