Abstract

Perjudian online merupakan salah satu bentuk perjudian yang dilakukan melalui internet. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa yang dimaksud dari etika politik, untuk mengetahui kompetensi dari seorang anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat dalam menjalankan tugasnya dan untuk mengetahui karakteristik Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat yang sesuai dengan asas Pancasila. Pada penelitian ini, jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian hukum Yuridis Normatif, yaitu Penelitian yang difokuskan untuk mengkaji penerapan kaidah-kaidah atau norma-norma dalam hukum positif. Hasil penelitian: Pancasila sebagai ideologi Indonesia sering dihadapkan pada fenomena globalisasi, salah satu peran kita sebagai masyarakat Indonesia ialah memegang dan mempertahankan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Terkhususnya, sangat dibutuhkan peran dari generasi muda untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai Pancasila sebagai pembentuk karakter dalam arus globalisasi.
