Analisis Dampak Viralitas Media Sosial Terhadap Persepsi Etika (Studi Kasus PT. Zhao Hui Nickel)

Penelitian ini berfokus pada mengkaji mengenai dampak viralitas media sosial terhadap persepsi etika pada sebuah perusahaan PT. Zhao Hui Nickel yang berada di naungan Merdeka Battery Materials dan bergerak di bidang pengolahan nikel mengalami permasalahan mengenai video viral yang menunjukkan permasalahan etika karyawan HR dengan meneriaki sampah kepada calon karyawan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan adanya peran viralitas media sosial terhadap persepsi masyarakat mengenai perusahan tersebut sehingga, perusahaan membuat citra perusahaan tersebut jelek di mata masyarakat yang hanya memandang dari satu sisi sehingga perusahaan membuat kepputusan Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) terhadap karyawan HR tersebut.
