AbstractTransformasi digital yang cepat telah mengubah dinamika industri kreatif dan hiburan, mendorong peluang sekaligus tantangan baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak transformasi digital dan keberlanjutan dalam bisnis kreatif, serta interaksi antara elemen-elemen ini terhadap perilaku konsumen dan strategi bisnis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus multipel, mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan diskusi kelompok. Studi ini juga menemukan bahwa FinTech dan media sosial memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan visibilitas dan penjualan industri kreatif sementara ekonomi sirkular dan keberlanjutan mulai dimasukkan ke dalam praktik bisnis. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada perbedaan antara kemungkinan digitalisasi dan penerapan di pasar, yang menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang lebih efektif diperlukan untuk memanfaatkan peluang perubahan dalam industri kreatif.
