Ditengah laju globalisasi, Indonesia dihadapkan dengan berbagai dinamika perubahan lingkungan strategis. Artikel ini membahas pentingnya penguatan budaya masyarakat bahari sebagai bagian dari strategi pertahanan maritim Indonesia. Dengan wilayah laut yang luas, Indonesia memerlukan strategi pertahanan yang melibatkan seluruh komponen bangsa, terutama masyarakat Bahari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan masyarakat bahari melalui penguatan budaya maritim dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam sistem pertahanan semesta Indonesia. Revitalisasi budaya bahari diperlukan untuk mempercepat pencapaian visi Indonesia sebagai poros maritim dunia.
