Peran Keluarga Dalam Pendidikan Informal Anak PAUD Little Moslem

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pentingnya pendidikan informal dalam mendukung perkembangan anak usia dini di tengah dominasi pendidikan formal, dengan mengambil lokasi di PAUD Little Moslem dalam perspektif PGPAUD. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam kepada orang tua, guru, dan pengelola yang dipilih secara purposif. Data dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña, serta diuji keabsahannya melalui triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keluarga berperan sentral dalam pendidikan informal melalui penanaman nilai, pembiasaan karakter, dan pendampingan belajar di rumah. Keselarasan antara pendidikan rumah dan sekolah diwujudkan melalui komunikasi rutin dan berbagai program kolaborasi lembaga. Kendala utama yang ditemukan meliputi keterbatasan waktu orang tua, pengaruh gawai, dan perbedaan pola asuh. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sinergi antara pendidikan informal dan formal merupakan prasyarat utama bagi perkembangan anak usia dini yang holistik dan optimal.
