Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan model latihan mencetak gol dalam permainan sepak bola menggunakan pendekatan Project-Based Learning (PjBL) bagi siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, di mana setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 30 siswa di salah satu sekolah negeri di Medan. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi hasil keterampilan mencetak gol siswa dan aktivitas mereka selama proses pembelajaran. Pengukuran dilakukan melalui tes keterampilan mencetak gol serta lembar observasi untuk menilai partisipasi dan kerja sama siswa dalam kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PjBL dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang teknik dan taktik mencetak gol, serta memotivasi mereka untuk lebih aktif dan kreatif dalam pembelajaran. Dengan pendekatan ini, siswa tidak hanya memperoleh keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga kemampuan berpikir kritis, kolaborasi, dan pemecahan masalah dalam situasi permainan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif bagi pengembangan metode pembelajaran sepak bola di sekolah.
