Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis keadilan dan tujuan hukum dalam persefektif hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, hasil penelitian ini adalah keadialan dan tujuan hukum dalam persefektif hukum Islam terdapat pada prinsip-prinsip dasar dalam landasan Islam. Di semua negara, baik dalam bidang hukum, pemerintahan, dan politik, serta isu keadilan dan resolusi konflik. Sebagai pembenaran atas keberadaan seluruh organ dan lembaga negara, dan sebagai asas penegakan hukum, maka berlaku pula hukum dan segala peraturan terhadap segala sesuatu yang bergerak dalam negara dan masyarakat.
