Pengembangan kepribadian mahasiswa di Institusi Pendidikan Tinggi berbasis Islam

Perkembangan atau kemunduran suatu masyarakat sering kali bergantung pada moralitas dan karakter individu di dalamnya. Maka dari itu, pengajaran nilai-nilai etika memiliki posisi krusial dalam pembangunan negara, menjadi bagian utama dari pergeseran paradigma yang ditekankan oleh pemerintah saat ini. Negara menugaskan lembaga-lembaga pendidikan tinggi, termasuk yang berbasis Islam, untuk mengembangkan karakter yang tangguh dan berintegritas pada generasi mendatang sebagai pondasi kemajuan bangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri peran lembaga pendidikan tinggi Islam dalam membentuk kepribadian mahasiswa, dan menemukan bahwa keterlibatan aktif para pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran memberikan kontribusi yang sangat berharga.
