Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa SD kelas 4 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan mencari jurnal yang sudah ada kemudian membandingkannya. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa. Kesimpulan utama adalah bahwa pendekatan ini dapat menjadi alternatif yang berharga dalam upaya meningkatkan literasi bacaan di tingkat dasar.
