Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi perubahan dalam tingkat motivasi belajar mahasiswa sebelum dan sesudah diterima di Universitas Impian. Penggunaan Uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test digunakan sebagai metode statistik untuk menganalisis perbedaan signifikan antara dua kelompok data yang tidak berdistribusi normal. Metode pengumpulan data melibatkan pengisian kuesioner oleh mahasiswa yang baru diterima di universitas tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami peran Universitas Impian dalam memotivasi mahasiswa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk meningkatkan strategi penerimaan mahasiswa baru dan menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih mendukung untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa di masa mendatang.
