Abstract

Motivasi menjadi suatu dasar adanya semangat seseorang untuk melakukan sesuatu. Motivasi belajar juga memiliki peran penting yang sangat diperlukan dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan terdapatnya motivasi belajar pada peserta didik, peserta didik dapat mengembangkan aktivitas dan memiliki inisiatifnya tersendiri, senantiasa meningkatkan dan memelihara ketekunan belajar. Dengan memiliki motivasi belajar yang tinggi pula, dapat membuat peserta didik lebih bersemangat belajar. Motivasi belajar yang tinggi diharapkan mampu membawa peserta didik mencapai prestasi belajar yang mereka inginkan dengan maksimal. Selain itu pendidik juga memiliki peran penting untuk menumbuhkan motivasi belajar pada peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah, untuk mengetahui seberapa pentingnya motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif.
